|Red jam||1 Tablespoon|
|Fruit juice||3 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple slice/1/2 peach||1|
|Fruit dessert||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Portion)|
|Blanched almonds||1 Teaspoon (A Sprinkling For Garnish)|
Slice the bun in half and spread with the jam (jelly).
Sandwich together and cut into pieces.
Put in the bottom of an individual glass dish.
Spoon the fruit juice over the bun pieces.
Cut the fruit into pieces and place on top of the bun pieces.
Make the Fruit Dessert and spoon over the bun and fruit mixture.
Allow to cool and decorate with walnut (in the middle) and a sprinkling of blanched almonds.
