Lemon Trifle

This Lemon Trifle is a hit fare with many people. It is must try fruit delicacy for desserts, especially people like me who are lovers of citrus flavors. Try out this Lemon Trifle and let me know if you like it.
Ingredients
  Sponge cake slice 4
  Egg white 1
  Lemon juice 7 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon jelly 50 Gram
  Custard 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green coloring 2 Drop
Directions

Arrange the cake pieces in a dish.
Mix the sugar and one tablespoon of lemon juice and pour over the cake.
Prepare the jelly and pour it over the cake.
When it sets firmly pour the custard over it.
Beat the egg white till stiff, and add green coloring.
Decorate the top of the trifle with diagonal lines of egg white and with fruit.
