Betty demonstrates how to make Strawberry-Coconut Trifle Delight. This is a recipe for individually-served trifles, consisting of coconut cookies, strawberries, and flavored whipped cream.
Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , whipped | |

Making
Take a medium-sized bowl, add whipped cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix to combine.(Reserve a few spoonfuls of whipped cream mixture to use later for garnish.)
Stir a drop or two of red food coloring into remaining whipped cream mixture, until a soft pink color is obtained.
Layer coconut cookie bites, strawberries, and pink whipped cream mixture in a dessert glass, repeating layers up to the top. Place a dollop of reserved white whipped cream mixture on top and garnish with a whole strawberry.
Serving
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to soften coconut cookies.
