Texas Crab Brunch
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Crabmeat||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|English muffins||4 (Toasted)|
|Toasted bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In glass measuring cup, cook butter on high (9) for 45 seconds or until melted.
Mix in flour and milk.
Stir well, Cook on roast (7) for 8 minutes or until thickened.
Stir in cheese, mustard, egg, crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and salt.
Place toasted English muffins in glass baking dish.
Spoon mixture on top.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Cook on roast (7) for 6 minutes or until hot.
