Are you looking for some dessert that takes in a mild coffee flavor, if so, why not try this London Pudding recipe! This pudding secially uses strong coffee flavoring. Give it a try, you will sure like it!
Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Icing sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold strong coffee 2 Tablespoon
  Lady fingers 20 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Toasted sliced almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add beaten egg and vanilla.
In loaf pan place a layer of halved ladyfingers, sprinkle with some coffee and spread with some butter mixture.
Keep repeating until dessert fills pan.
Chill until firm or overnight.
Invert on plate and ice dessert with remaining butter mixture.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
