London Broil With Mushroom-Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
For sauce
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Medium One)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed golden mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned chopped tomatoes 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tomato liquid/Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley/1 tablespoon parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard/1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare Sauce before grilling steak.
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Keep warm to serve over sliced meat.
Place steak on grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals.
Grill 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Thinly slice meat diagonally across the grain.
Serve with Sauce
