London Broil With Mushroom-Tomato Sauce
|Flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Sliced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Medium One)|
|Condensed golden mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned chopped tomatoes||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomato liquid/Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley/1 tablespoon parsley flakes||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard/1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Prepare Sauce before grilling steak.
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Keep warm to serve over sliced meat.
Place steak on grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals.
Grill 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Thinly slice meat diagonally across the grain.
