Creamy Shrimp Orleans
The lovely Shrimp Orleans is a delight to prepare and serve. I served this for my in-laws the last time they visited and they loved it. Check out this excellent Shrimp Orleans recipe
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||3 Ounce (Drained)|
|Shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Boiled In Salt Water And Lemon Juice)|
Melt butter in large skillet; add onion and garlic.
Cook until tender.
Combine soup, sour cream and catsup; add to onion mixture.
Add mushrooms and shrimp; heat thoroughly.
Do not overcook.
Serve over hot rice.
