Tofu Sesame Stir-fry with Oyster Sauce

If you want to impress your guests then try this recipe I am sure they will remember you for their life time.
  Wegmans vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 , peeled, sliced 0.25 inch thick (About 1 Cup)
  Root ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Peeled garlic 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Food You Feel Good About)
  Bolthouse farms matchstix carrots 10 Ounce
  Sliced shiitake mushrooms 5 Ounce
  Wegmans asian classics tofu 13 Ounce, thawed per package directions, sliced into 0.25 inch strips (Frozen Foods)
  Oyster sauce 3 Tablespoon (International Food)
  Stir fry sauce 1 Tablespoon (Wegmans International Food)
  White roasted sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon (Jfc)

1. Drizzle oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt pan to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, pan is too hot.)

2. Add onion, ginger, and garlic. Stir fry 1- 1 1/2 min. Add carrots, mushrooms, and tofu; stir fry about 2 min. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry sauce; toss to coat. Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
