London Coconut Bars

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Mix together the 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup of the brown sugar in a bowl.
Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pat into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Combine the remaining 1 cup brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, the 3 tablespoons flour, salt and coconut in a bowl and mix well.
Pour evenly over the hot crust.
Bake for 20 minutes longer or until set and browned.
Cool and cut into squares.
