Texas Chili Beef
Texas chili is a ground beef and bean chili made with pinto beans. Cooked with browned meat and simmered with cumin, chili powder paprika and garlic for flavor, the texas chili can be served with bread.
|Ground beef||4 Pound|
|Garlic cloves||4 Large, chopped|
|Chili powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Canned pinto beans||15 Ounce (1 Can Of 15 Ounce)|
Brown meat and garlic in deep well or other large stew pan.
Combine dry ingredients; add to meat.
Mix well; add enough water to cover.
Simmer over medium-low heat for 2 hours.
During last 15 minutes of cooking add pinto beans for chili con carne.
