Texas Corn Bread

Ingredients
  Corn bread mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 4 , crisp-cooked, crumbled
  Cream style corn 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Jalapeno chili 2 , finely chopped
Directions

Preheat a greased 101/2-inch iron skillet in a 400 degree oven.
Combine the dry corn bread mix, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, bacon, cream style corn and jalapeho chiles in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour the batter into the hot iron skillet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
