Florida Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Fish fillets 4 Small, skinned
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Grapefruit rings/Orange rings 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix flour and seasonings; use to batter fillets.
Heat butter in medium skillet; saute fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from skillet to a hot platter.
Put grapefruit slices or orange rings on top of each fillet.
Pour pan gravy over all.
Serve at once.
