Onion Butter London Broil
|London broil steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Low fat margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finley minced|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, finley minced|
|Green onions||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the margarine and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the garlic, parsley and green onions.
Remove any visible fat from the steak and grill the steak for 3 minutes.
Brush the butter-herb sauce over the steak and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes.
As the butter sauce melts, it will run into the drip tray.
To serve, slice thinly across the grain and arrange on a warm platter.
Pour the melted butter sauce from the drip tray over the sliced beef.
