Ingredients
  Canned black-eyed peas 14 Ounce, drained
  Canned white hominy 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped
  Green onions 4 Small, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , chopped
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Italian salad dressing 8 Ounce (Commercial Variety)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except salad dressing, mix well.
Pour salad dressing over black-eyed pea mixture, cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
Drain.
Serve with tortilla chips.
