Texas Flank Steak
|Flank steak||2 Pound|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion soup mix||31⁄50 Ounce (Half Of 1.25 Ounce Envelope)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Place flank steak in a shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over steak.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, turning steak often.
Drain steak, reserving the marinade.
Grill steak over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
