Texas Corn Bread

|Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Beat eggs in the Bosch bowl until light.
Stir in buttermilk and oil.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Mix into buttermilk mixture until batter is smooth.
Pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan.
Bake in a 425°F.oven for 25 minutes.
