London Broil is a tasty and mouthwatering dish. You can serve this dish for an informal party at home or even at a community luncheon. This London Broil recipe is simply fantastic and you will definitely love it!
  Beef flank steak 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste

Score steak on both sides.
Place steak in clear plastic bag; set in deep bowl.
Combine oil, vinegar, and garlic; pour over steak.
Close bag.
Let stand at room temperature 2 to 3 hours, turning bag several times.
Remove steak from marinade; place on cold rack of broiler pan.
Broil 3 inches from heat 4 to 5 minutes; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Turn; broil 4 to 5 minutes more for medium rare.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Carve in very thin slices diagonally across grain.
