California Lobster Cocktail
|Chopped cooked lobster||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Halve grapefruit; remove pulp.
Cut grapefruit pulp into small pieces.
Snip out membrane with scissors; notch edges of grapefruit shells.
Combine lobster and grapefruit.
Blend remaining ingredients for dressing; stir into lobster mixture.
Spoon into grapefruit shells; chill.
