West Texas Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients
  Shredded colby cheese 16 Ounce (4 Cup)
  Canned diced pimiento 4 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pimiento stuffed olives 6 , diced
  Lemon-pepper seasoning 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine colby cheese, pimiento, mayonnaise, olives, lemon-pepper seasoning, and onion, stir properly
2. Chill it

SERVING
3. Serve with crackers, tortillas chips, bread or celery sticks
