Louisiana Frogs' Legs
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)|
|Flour||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Salt and pepper||2|
|Frogs legs||12 Large|
Preheat deep fat to 238 degrees.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in bag.
Place frogs' legs in bag; shake, coating well.
Remove frogs' legs; shake off excess flour.
Drop into deep hot fat; fry until golden brown.
