Texas Barbecued Chicken
|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. In a paper bag, tip in the flour and the seasonings. Add the chicken to the bag and shake well till the chicken is completely coated.
2. In the skillet, tip in the butter and fry the chicken in batches till done.
3. Add ½ cup sauce for each pound of chicken and cook slowly for 40 to 45 minutes while turning slowly.
4. Serve on platter with sauce
