Florida French Dressing
|Florida grapefruit juice||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Blend 1/2 cup of the Florida grapefruit juice and corn- starch.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick- ened and clear.
Remove from heat; add remaining 1/2 cup grapefruit juice.
Combine remaining ingredients; add corn- starch mixture and beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
Shake before using.
