London Broil With Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
  Lean top round 12 Ounce (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Bay leaves 3
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Trim the fat from the meat and wash well
2. Pat dry and then pierce the meat well with a fork in about a dozen places
3. Place the meat in a shallow baking dish

MAKING
4. In a cup, place the vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and oil and mix well
5. Tip this juice over the meat and refrigerate overnight
6. Discard the bay leaves and then transfer the meat to a broiler to broil for five minutes. Place the meat about 5 inches from the broiling heat and then turn the meat over to cook it on the other side. Cook for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare

SERVING
7. Serve hot immediately with sour cream and a fresh salad
