California Crab Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
  Avocado 1 , peeled and cut into thin wedges
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crab meat 6 Ounce, flaked
  Celery rib 1⁄2 Small, diced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Whole wheat toast 6 (Thin Pieces)
  Whole wheat toast slice 6 (Thin)
  Avocado slice 6
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Brush avocado with part of the lemon juice.
Combine crab meat, celery, mayonnaise and remaining lemon juice; mix well.
Place a lettuce leaf on each piece of toast.
Top with crab salad and an avocado slice.
Garnish with a generous sprinkling of alfalfa sprouts.
Makes 6 servings.
