Onion Butter London Broil
|London broil steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (1 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Low fat margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, finely minced|
|Green onions||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Nonfat cooking spray||1|
1.Spray grill with nonfat cooking spray.
2. Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
3.In a small bowl, mix together Worcestershire sauce and margarine.
5.Add in the green onions, parsely and garlic.
6.Cut oss excess, visible fat from the steaks.
7.Grill the steak for 3 minutes.
8.Using a pastry brush, brush the steaks with butter-herb sauce.
9. Grill for another 4 to 5 minutes.
10.Catch the butter sauce drips in a drip tray.
11.Slice steaks across the grain.
12. Take a warm serving platter and arrange the steak slices on it.
13. Drizzle the melted butter sauce reserved on the drip tray on the sliced beef.
