1.Remove visible fat.
2.In a small saucepan, mix brown sugar, pepper, onion, garlic, chili and ketchup.
3.Let simmer for 15 minutes until sauce thickens.
4.Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat it for 5 minutes.
5. Put the chops in the grill and top with generous amounts of sauce over each.
6.Grill for 5 to 6 minutes. Ensure that the sauce does not get burned.
