|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|

|Ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato slices||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Thoroughly mix together the onions, turkey, celery, red peppers, garlic, black peppers and tomato paste in a large bowl.
2) Form the mixture into 12 patties
3) Grill the patties or saute or broil them in a non-stick frying pan.
4) Serve warm in the rolls. Tomatoes and lettuce can be served on the side.
