|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||4 Medium, chopped|
|Fish pieces||2 Pound, cut in bite-size pieces|
1. In a pan add oil and saute onion, garlic and parsley about 5 minutes in just enough oil to brown lightly.
2. Add tomatoes and juice and simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Then add fish and cook gently for 20 to 30 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
