California Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked red potatoes 1⁄2 Pound, pared, diced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Scallions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced (Green Onions)
  Red bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), diced
  Avocado 2 Ounce, pared, diced
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon, freshly squeezed
  Fresh cilantro/1 teaspoon chopped/italian flat leaf parsley 1 Teaspoon (Chinese Parsley)
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a medium mixing bowl and add all ingredients into it.
2. Using a rubber scraper, mix well to coat.

SERVING
3.Serve immediately.
