Miniature Wiener Wellington

Ingredients
  Liverwurst/Braunschweiger 1⁄4 Pound (1 Piece)
  Braunschweiger 1⁄4 Pound
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cocktail frankfurters 16 Ounce (Use 2 Packages, 8 Ounces Each)
  Refrigerated crescent dinner rolls 16 Ounce (Use 2 Packages, 8 To A Package)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 375°F.
2) Unpeel casing from liverwurst.
3) Cut the meat into 8 rounds.
4) Cut each round into 4 strips.
5) Trim the strips if required to fit into cocktail frankfurters.

MAKING
6) On a waxed paper mix cheese and onion salt.
7) Roll each strip of liverwurst in cheese mixture.
8) Rip each frankfurter almost to bottom and stuff with a strip of seasoned liverwurst.
9) Halve each slices.
10) Spread out crescent dough, one package at a time into 2 rectangles.
11) Squeeze together at gaps.
12) Cut each rectangle diagonally into 16 one-inch-wide strips.
13) Wrap each around a half frankfurter.
14) Follow the same process with remaining package of rolls.
15) Arrange rolls, seam side down, on a cookie sheet.
16) Bake for 10 minutes until golden.

SERVING
17) Serve hot.
