Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned kidney beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chili powder 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a casserole dish, crumble the ground beef and mix remaining ingredients.
2) Heat covered on high power for 12 to 14 minutes.
3) Cook again on low power for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, stirring twice.

SERVING
4) Try serving this with a bowl of rice or pasta.
