Tasty Crab Cakes

Ingredients
  Soft bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Egg 1
  Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt To Taste
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Crab meat 1 Pound, drained and flaked
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine (and mix well) all ingredients except crab meat, flour and oil. Gently fold crab meat into mixture. Shape into crab cakes of desired size and chill. Heat the oil in skillet over medium heat. Dredge crab cakes in flour then place in oil and fry until golden brown, turn and brown other side. Drain on paper towels and serve with remoulade
