|Dried prunes||1 Pound (1 Package)|
|Frozen orange pineapple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs), reconstituted|
1. In a 6 cup baking dish, place dried prunes, add pineapple-orange juice and let it soak over night covered at room temperature.
2. Pre-heat the oven at 180 Degrees Celsuis, and place the baking dish of prunes to cook/bake for 5-10 minutes. Remove and serve warm
3. Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice-cream
