California Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked diced chicken 4 Pound
  Seeded tokay grapes/Seeded green grapes 2 Pound, halved
  Celery 1 1⁄4 Bunch (125 gm) (Or 1 Large Bunch)
  Chopped nutmeats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cooked sliced mushrooms 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the celery diagonally into small pieces
2. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients

SERVING
3. Place on top of lettuce greens and serve
