Steak Sauce London Style

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄8 Pound
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mild prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Escoffier provencal sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, melt the butter over a low flame.
2. Add the pepper and mustard and stir to blend into a smooth sauce.
3. Stir in the Provencal sauce and lemon juice.

SERVING
4. Serve the sauce alongside with sliced steak.

TIP
Add the meat juice of the steak to the sauce and reheat until piping hot.
