Ingredients
  Whole chicken 2
  Cabbage head 1⁄2 , shredded
  Onions 3 Large, chopped
  Canned peeled tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can, Or Free)
  Celery stalks 1 , chopped
  Carrots 1 Pound, sliced (1 Package)
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Frozen corn 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen cut green beans 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Raw rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black pepper 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder/Cloves of garlic 4 Tablespoon
  Seasoning To Taste (Texjoy)
  Oregano 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Boil chicken in 1 gallon of water.
Remove chicken.
Add all ingredients, except rice; cook 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Bone chicken.
Add chicken and rice.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer until rice is cooked.
