California Style Olives
|Canned ripe olives||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 No 1 Can)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
Drain olives, dry on towel and place in deep dish or jar.
Peel and quarter garlic, combine with oil, lemon slices and cloves.
Pour over olives and refrigerate over night.
To serve, drain and heap into bowl.
