Chicago Style Hot Dogs

Ingredients
  Pure beef hot dogs 6
  Poppy seed hot dog rolls 6
  Yellow mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Large, each cut into 6 wedges
  Pickled sport pepper/Yellow wax peppers/pepperoncini/pickled banana peppers, mild 12 (Hot)
  Drained sauerkraut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Making the Hot Dogs: Heat a large pot filled with water to just below boiling temperature.
2)Put the hot dogs in to the pot.
3)Wait for about 5 minutes till they pop up to the top of the water when they are done.
4)Steaming the Hot Dogs: Boil water in a steamer.
5)Arrange the hot dogs on the steamer racks and cook for about 6 minutes till done.
6)Steaming the Rolls:
7)Keep the rolls on the steamer racks and steam for about 45 seconds to 1 minute.

FINALIZING
8)On a table, keep the mustard, relish, onion, tomatoes, peppers, and sauerkraut in separate bowls.
9)Keep a celery salt shaker on the table along with the bowls.

SERVING
10)Ask the guests to make their own hot dogs.
