California Parmesan Walnut Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon, or scraped
  Crumbled dried sweet basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Torn salad greens 1 Quart (Loosely Measured)
  Broken california walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), lightly toasted
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Iced tea 16 Ounce
Directions

Beat or shake together first 8 ingredients to make dressing.
Place greens in chilled salad bowl and sprinkle with walnuts and cheese.
Pour over salad just enough dressing to coat ingredients lightly.
Toss; serve at once.
Makes 4 servings.
