Shrimp Victoria

Ingredients
  Raw shrimp 1 Pound, peeled
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vermouth 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Saute shrimp and onion in butter for 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle in flour, salt, and pepper.
Stir in sour cream, vermouth, and lemon juice; cook gently for 10 minutes.
Be certain mixture does not boil.
Serve over rice.
