California Succotash

Ingredients
  Fresh lima beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ears of corn 4
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Slivered blanched almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook Lima beans in small amount of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Cut corn from cob and add to Limas.
Cook for 10 minutes longer.
Melt butter and brown almonds lightly.
Drain succotash and add almonds and olives.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
