|Ham||1⁄4 Pound (With Fat, Raw Or Cooked)|

|Cooked tomatoes/Canned tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), or canned|
|Chili powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Hot cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned shrimps/Cleaned cooked shrimps||1 Pound|
1. Chop the ham and heat it in a heavy saucepan until it yields its fat. Add the onion, celery, parsley and green pepper. Saute about 3 minutes, stirring.
2. Add the tomatoes, salt, cayenne and chili powder. Cook until the sauce is thick and smooth, 20 minutes or so. Add the rice and the shrimps broken in coarse pieces. Heat and serve.
