Ingredients
  Ham 1⁄4 Pound (With Fat, Raw Or Cooked)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Cooked tomatoes/Canned tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), or canned
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned shrimps/Cleaned cooked shrimps 1 Pound
Directions

1. Chop the ham and heat it in a heavy saucepan until it yields its fat. Add the onion, celery, parsley and green pepper. Saute about 3 minutes, stirring.
2. Add the tomatoes, salt, cayenne and chili powder. Cook until the sauce is thick and smooth, 20 minutes or so. Add the rice and the shrimps broken in coarse pieces. Heat and serve.
