California Caviar Dip

Love your pretzels and beer, but tired of the same old dip? This year make your pending victory sweet and celebrate throughout the game by breaking out the caviar! Indulge in yourself and your health—caviar is filled Vitamin B12, omegas and Niacin that allow your body to store water and rehydrate you after the alcohol dehydrates you. Eat caviar and detox while you drink to prevent a hangover the next day!
Ingredients
  Creme fraiche 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cream cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Trout roe caviar 2 Ounce (California Variety)
  Whitefish caviar 2 Ounce (California Roe Variety)
  Bowfin roe caviar 2 Ounce (California Variety)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a glass or cermic bowl, whisk together crème fraiche and cream cheese until smooth. Right before serving, lightly fold in chives and caviar with a spatula until just combined being careful not to break the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Place bowl over ice and serve immediately with a thin lightly salted or unsalted tortilla or potato chip.
