California Florida Hors D'Oeuvre
|Tomato||1 Large, sliced|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Wash and peel the avocado, cut it in wedges; peel the grapefruit and oranges. Separate the grapefruit into segments, remove skins. Slice the oranges, remove seeds.
2. Arrange on 4 individual plates; place slices of avocado, grapefruit segments, orange slices and half tomato slices, on each.
3. Sprinkle lightly with grated onion. Serve with French Dressing. Garnish with sprigs of water cress.
