Brittany Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Cabbage 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Dry red wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs) (canned)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Saute the onion and cabbage in the butter or margarine 3 minutes; add the wine, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
2. Add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and cayenne. Simmer 5 minutes more.
