3 Tablespoon (Uncle Chris gourmet steak seasoning)
1. Prepare the smoker.
2. Marinate the brisket with mustard and steak seasoning.
3. Place the brisket on the smoker grill and smoke it for 3-4 hours, keep flipping.
4. After 4 hours cover the brisket on double foil, let it smoke for 60 minutes.
5. Once done let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve the sliced brisket along with a side of mashed potatoes.
