Pennsylvania Hot Slaw
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onion/Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use 1/2 Medium Head Of Cabbage)|
|Thinly sliced radishes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use 1 Small Stalk)|
In medium fry pan, fry bacon until crisp; drain bacon on paper towel, reserving 1 teaspoon drippings.
To reserved bacon drippings, add brown sugar, green onion, salt and vinegar; stir until smooth.
Add crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
If desired, garnish with parsley.
