Pennsylvania Hot Slaw

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 2
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion/Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thinly sliced cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use 1/2 Medium Head Of Cabbage)
  Thinly sliced radishes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use 1 Small Stalk)
Directions

In medium fry pan, fry bacon until crisp; drain bacon on paper towel, reserving 1 teaspoon drippings.
To reserved bacon drippings, add brown sugar, green onion, salt and vinegar; stir until smooth.
Add crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
Heat through.
Serve immediately.
If desired, garnish with parsley.
