Chicken & Beef for Fajitas - South Texas Style

Ingredients
  Skirt steak 2 Pound (Pre-Marinated)
  Chicken breast 2
  Salsa 3 Tablespoon
  Montery jack cheese 3 Tablespoon
For the chicken marinade
  Lime 1 Small
  Cilantro 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Green chili 3 Small, finely chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the barbeque grill.
2. Marinate the chicken breast with the marinade of lime juice, cilantro and green chili.

MAKING
3. Once the grill is ready place the pre marinated beef and the chicken breast and barbeque them for 15- 20 minutes.
4. Once done remove and let it rest for 10 minutes.
5. Slice the beef and the chicken.
6. Warm the tortillas and place the meat and top it with homemade salsa and cheese.

SERVING
7. Serve the chicken and beef fajitas tacos hot.
