Texas Spicy Wiener Sauce

Ingredients
  Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Beef hot dog 8 Ounce, ground
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), dissolved in water
  Paprika powder 1 Tablespoon
  Chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
  White vinegar/Apple cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sea salt/Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon, to taste
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns To Taste, crushed
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan add all the ingredients except the cornstarch and bring to a boil and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
2) After 30 minutes slowly add the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly to thicken the sauce. Bring back to a boil, and keep stirring.
3) Taste along the way, adjusting the salt or pepper as you like it.

SERVING
4) Serve on your favorite hotdog, with brown mustard, diced onion, in a steamed hotdog bun.

NOTE
This sauce will be thin and will thicken as it cools down.

TIPS
Best served with hot steamed buns.
