|Biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Packaged Variety)|
|Evaporated milk||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned chili beans with gravy||1⁄2 Pound (1/2 Of A 1 Pound Can, About 3/4 Cup)|
To biscuit mix, add evaporated milk; beat smooth.
Stir in beans with gravy.
Bake on a hot well-greased griddle, (or in a skillet) on the grill.
Turn cakes when top is bubbly and few bubbles have broken; flip only once.
Makes eight 4-inch cakes.
